Reading aloud to young children is very important for early brain development. However, over half of parents do not read to their children. This is why the United Way is launching a new volunteer reading program right here in Citrus County! We are looking for adults 18 or over who can commit to reading to a Preschooler for 1 hour a week at a local Preschool site. If you are interested in helping young children succeed, please call us today at 795-5483 or visit our website www.citrusunitedway.org/aboutreadingpals
