Mindfulness Seminar

mindfulnessJoin Chris Burkhart, mindfulness facilitator and long-time meditator, each week for this 6-session mindfulness seminar. Homosassa

Due to limited space, registration is required. Please contact Chris using the information below to reserve a space in this course.

Mindfulness is an amazing system to find balance and so avoid the knee-jerk reaction. It helps us to find a place that is ours and does not change with every passing wave while giving us every opportunity to learn how to surf.

Participants may experience benefits like reduced stress, improved sleep, more peacefulness, and greater well-being & self-regulation. During the course, participants will be gently guided in a journey to acceptance of what is.
