GIFTS TO THE
LIBRARY
Gift Books Honoring a Friend or Relative
A personal gift to the library in memory of a friend or loved one provides
a lasting tribute which benefits the entire community. Helping the CCLS
purchase a book is a meaningful way to celebrate a birthday, honor a
graduate, commemorate an anniversary, or remember a loved one. A bookplate
will be affixed to a new book in a subject area of interest. In addition,
a letter of acknowledgment to the individual or family being honored will
be sent.
Bequests
Remembrance in a will, bequests, and charitable trusts to advance the
quality of the CCLS are always welcomed. If the library is included in a
will, the Library Director should be advised of such a remembrance.
Bequests and charitable trusts enable donors to continue reaching users of
the library by supporting the growth and expansion of library resources.
Contact the Administrative Office.
Library Partnership Fund
This fund, established by the Citrus County Special Library District
Advisory Board, invites individuals, corporations, and other supporters to
invest in the growth of library service. The Library Partnership Fund has
been established to supplement and enhance the existing budget and to
support special projects and growth that would not otherwise be possible.
Brochures are available.
Florida State Of The Arts License Plate
By purchasing Florida’s "State Of The Arts" license plate,
Citrus County residents can help support CCLS. CCLS receives funds from
the arts license plate program to enhance its collection of books and
materials related to the arts and to sponsor special cultural programs of
interest to the community.
