The Friends of the Library are non-profit organizations dedicated to enhancing public library service for the citizens of Citrus County.
Friends are people who love books, love to read, and want to help others enjoy the pleasure of reading. Friends donate time and resources to the libraries and Friends’ organizations. Friends believe that they can make the difference between a good Library System and a great Library System. Friends of the Library work to make libraries and their community better.

Adult coloring is here! Coloring generates wellness and stimulates the brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity. We’ll provide multiple coloring pages to choose from as well as a nice selection of colored pencils, markers, and crayons. We’ll also provide a welcoming environment with soothing music to help you relax and enjoy some YOU time. No registration necessary. Supplies provided by the Friends of the Homosassa Public Library.
