Citizenship / Naturalization Classes - Fall 2013

citizenship-3Do you dream of becoming an American citizen? Join us at the library for seven weeks of classes designed to teach individuals the skills they will need to pass the U.S. Naturalization exam.

We'll review test topics such as: American history, branches of government, courts and the legal system, and famous Americans. Learners will receive sample interview questions and have interview practice.

Immigration lawyer Friedrich Casutt von Batemberg will give a special presentation at the final class on November 5, 2013.

Classes are held on the following Tuesdays from 4:00-5:30 pm:

October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
November 5

Pre-registration is encouraged to ensure seat and materials availability. Basic English skills are needed. Contact the library for assistance and more information.
