Do you dream of becoming an American citizen? Join us at the library for seven weeks of classes designed to teach individuals the skills they will need to pass the U.S. Naturalization exam.
We'll review test topics such as: American history, branches of government, courts and the legal system, and famous Americans. Learners will receive sample interview questions and have interview practice.

Join us and become a volunteer adult literacy tutor.
Learn proven methods to teach reading, writing, and English speaking skills to adult learners. Specific topics will include: How Adults Learn, Understanding Learning Styles, Word Recognition Strategies, Reading Comprehension and Writing Strategies, Teaching Conversational Skills to English Language Learners, and Creating Lesson Plans with Confidence. No prior teaching experience is needed.
